This membership offers unlimited CrossFit classes per month and provides the ‘biggest bang for your buck’. Monthly rates depend on the length of contract. Military, police and emergency services receive 15% off.
This membership allows students to enjoy unlimited CrossFit classes at a discounted rate with no contract commitment. Valid student card must be presented.
10 Class Pass
This pass is designed for individuals who are interested in attending classes less than twice a week. The ten classes can be used up as frequently as the member sees fit. No expiry.
While our group CrossFit classes are designed to meet the needs of our diverse community, personal training classes are ideal for those looking to maximize the amount of quality time with the trainer. These one-on-one sessions can be helpful in developing specific skills, working on weaknesses or getting comfortable with the CrossFit program in a quieter, more intimate setting.
