Assault Bike or Row

Push Press (75/55)

Jumping Pull-up (if you can RX kipping pull-up you will do jumping chest to bar pull-up)

Wall Ball (20/14)

**8 sets of 20 sec work, 10 sec rest at each exercise. 1min rest to rotate between exercises
